Harvest time!
Today we started harvesting the apples from our garden. Together we first collected the rotten apples on the ground and disposed of them. Then we could pick the apples. The trees were given a mighty shake and all the apples which fell were collected. It was very demanding and we needed to test the apples to ensure that they tasted good, this helped us keep going with the work. Afterwards a group of children made apple sauce for everyone and it was enjoyed in the afternoon. Mmmmm Tasty!
