Our guiding principles
Children are diverse. They develop at different rates, some are slower, some are quicker, others are talented, some are not so competent with the German language. Inclusion means, that diversity is normal and is accepted as a part of everyday life, no child should be excluded.
All children should have the same opportunities and chances, irrespective of disability, social or cultural origin, language or gender. They need not all be treated in the same way, but encouraged individually with consideration for their unique needs and talents.
For this conditions must be created. But not just in kindergartens and schools. Inclusion is an idea that requires the support of society. We carry this ideal with us and convey it in the community opening minds and doors.
